November Twosome - at Two

Two years ago in November, two very special people entered our family: my darling grandson Prince Lightning (initially known as "Prince Attani") - with his very "punk" hairdo -

and his cousin, my equally darling grand-niece, Princess Jelly Bean - with a more traditional "do."

So even before the elections at the beginning of this month, Prince Lightning, here shown garbed as a pirate at his brother's gym party in September,

celebrated the second anniversary of his birth.  Because I don't have pictures of the event itself, I'm slipping in a photo taken at Prince Tyger's fourth birthday celebration, also from September, where Prince Lightning is savoring a birthday cupcake..

Princess Jelly Bean first joined our family three weeks after Prince Lightning's arrival.  Here she is, dressed in her Halloween costume this year!  She had a wonderful time going the trick-or-treat rounds, in her custom-designed "birdie" costume.

And here she is, pensively examining her own birthday cupcake, prior to officially crossing the "TWO" milestone.

May this superb twosome of cousins - no bias on my part, LOL - drink only the best from the Cup of Life!  And may the "Terrible Two" stage be as painless as possible for all around them.  We all love them both very much!
