Happy 4th of July!

Still behind.  Unfortunately.

But I couldn't resist this photo of Princess Jelly Bean in her holiday getup, wishing us all a great celebration!  After having been dubbed the "world's most solemn baby," she's actually got the beginnings of a smile here.

For all those who still believe that freedom and the rule of law are complementary, not adversarial.
