Getting Around

When I last saw Baby Prince Attani in person, his major triumph was turning over.  Now Sweet Momma H reports that he is practically walking!  I can hardly believe it.  But, as with most babies, there was a long intermediate stage where Prince Attani realized that if he wanted to get a toy that was out of his reach, he was going to have to get there under his own steam.  The days when toys were placed where he could reach them easily were days of yore - especially if the toys belonged to Big Bro.

Sweet Momma H reported that his "crawling" technique resembled that of a beached baby seal - all tummy and flailing limbs.

Here he has spied his green-and-white teddy bear.  He wants it and decides that he needs to make his way over to it.

Aha - just about there ...

and now, he's got it!  The thrill of victory is so sweet.

Here he sees a ball, although he's not quite sure what to do with it.

Uh-oh, he's getting too interested in toys that Big Bro believes are his.
